Lingli obtained her Doctorate in Computer Application Technology from the Institute of Software, Chinese Academy of Sciences and joined China Mobile in 2009.

She is a core member of the Novonet project which drives SDN/NFV strategy for China Mobile, and has been working on evaluation and introduction of data plane acceleration technology, running the Novonet Testing Lab and planning the SDN/NFV trial network for the company.

Lingli has been involved with the ONAP community since its incubation, devoted to NFV, SD-WAN, 5G slicing, intelligent operation and use-case enablement. She has been a key player the next generation network transformation program within China Mobile, and is leading a team dedicated to enabling ONAP for internal use-cases, specifications and implementations.
As both the TSC vice-chair and AI cross-organization coordinator for the ONAP community, I am also leading a cross-organization team working on enabling intelligent energy management for both core and edge data centers in F release cadence. As part of that effort, we also did an in-depth analysis over the deployment requirements inside, related industry standards outside, and identified gaps along the way.
