The testing and integration of ONAP can develop quickest if the designers can do their testing locally. To have the real VNFs locally is cumbersome and requires the designers to have knowledge of the VNFs to use it for their use cases . Having a dummy VNF that can be tuned to support different ONAP use cases can accelerate testing and improve the level of End to End testing that is possible
