Network analytics is becoming a big data problem. This session details how in-packet telemetry (also know as in-band OAM - IOAM) works hand in hand with network analytics provided by a combination of ONAP DCAE and PNDA.io to gain a new level of insight into the behavior of the network. IOAM is a novel technology standardized by the IETF, with an open source implementation available from the FD.io project. ONAP and PNDA.io are analytics frameworks which nicely combine to provide a strong foundation for flexible and scalable network data analytics.
